"Our primary function is unit agility. We don't just execute schedules; we generate and validate high-probability shooting days, optimizing the budget-to-screen ratio through rigorous, data-driven cost analysis."
Ian is the Head of Production, tasked with leading the deployment and operational effectiveness of all physical units. His expertise lies in developing and maintaining a fluid logistical architecture capable of supporting multi-territory, high-output filming cycles. He specializes in **Cost-to-Complete (CTC)** forecasting using proprietary AI models to mitigate financial exposure in real-time and ensure adherence to the project's master resource allocation matrix.
Before joining Abadi Films, Ian spent a decade overseeing the physical logistics for major network episodic content, mastering the high-volume, low-latency demands of serialized media.
Ian is currently spearheading the implementation of a full-stack **Predictive Scheduling Engine**. This system analyzes weather patterns, location availability, and crew utilization rates to automatically generate the most cost-effective shooting order, minimizing unexpected overages and maximizing asset utilization in the field.
